When Should You Ask for Medical Help?
Talk with a qualified healthcare professional if fatigue lasts for several weeks, has no clear explanation, affects your usual activities, or does not improve with adequate sleep, nutrition, hydration, and lower stress. Evaluation may uncover sleep problems, anemia, thyroid conditions, diabetes, medication effects, mental health concerns, or another cause. Seek urgent medical care for chest pain, fainting, severe trouble breathing, confusion, or sudden weakness.

You do not need a restrictive diet, regular fasting, or temperature stress to begin supporting everyday energy.
Use the Fuel That Fits
Your body normally uses a changing mix of glucose and fat depending on food, activity, intensity, and energy needs.
Metabolic Flexibility
This is the ability to adapt fuel use as availability and demand change. Glucose, fatty acids, and ketones all have useful roles in the right context.
There Is No Universal “Cleanest” Fuel
Glucose is a normal and important fuel, especially as exercise intensity rises. Fat often contributes more during rest and longer, lower-intensity activity. Ketones can become more available during fasting or very-low-carbohydrate eating, but producing ketones does not automatically improve energy, health, exercise performance, or body-fat loss.
